VerbaEngine is an industrial SaaS platform owned and operated by Sassi Tech. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your corporate and personal data through our website, during Pilot Programs, and throughout the provision of our AI-driven industrial CPQ and automated quoting solutions.

2. Data Collection & Technical Documentation Processing

To provide our automated quoting and Bill of Materials (BOM) generation services, VerbaEngine processes specific industrial and technical data:

  • Technical Catalogs & Specifications: PDF brochures, machine spec sheets, and engineering manuals uploaded to configure your private database.
  • RFQ & Client Data: Unstructured request for quotes (RFQs), engineering drawings, blueprints, and client notes submitted to the engine for quotation analysis.
  • Corporate Contact Information: Names, corporate emails, job titles, and company details provided during custom pilot onboarding or demo requests.

3. Isolated Enterprise Environment & Core Security

Industrial IP security is our highest priority. To prevent leaks of proprietary manufacturing configurations, component margins, or custom equipment designs:

  • No Public Training: Data submitted to VerbaEngine (including blueprints, RFQ texts, and technical pricing) is never shared with third parties or used to train public AI models.
  • Encrypted Storage: All technical specifications, drawings, and calculated BOMs are processed and stored in secure, encrypted cloud environments.
  • Role-Based Control: Access to generated technical proposals and private database catalogs is restricted to your authenticated organization users.

4. AI Processing Infrastructure

To extract engineering constraints and automate complex multi-variable quoting, VerbaEngine utilizes enterprise-grade secure AI models (such as Google Vertex AI). All data processing takes place within isolated, certified infrastructure that complies with European data protection standards and rigorous non-disclosure agreements.

5. Data Sharing and Retention

Sassi Tech does not sell, lease, or monetize personal or industrial data. Sharing occurs strictly with:

  • Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting environments (Google Cloud) strictly required to operate your isolated SaaS instance.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by binding Italian or EU authorities.

All data, including uploaded files and generated technical offers, will be completely purged from our servers within 72 hours upon formal contract termination or account deletion requests.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR
