Data Deletion Instructions (Meta/Facebook Integration)

VerbaEngine values your privacy and provides a transparent way to manage and delete your data associated with our Facebook and Instagram integrations.

How to delete your data from VerbaEngine:

  1. Via VerbaEngine Dashboard: Log in to your account, go to Settings > Integrations, and click "Disconnect" next to the Meta/Facebook icon. This will immediately delete your Access Tokens from our database.
  2. Via Facebook Settings: Go to your Facebook Profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Find VerbaEngine and click "Remove".
  3. Direct Request: You can send an email to [email protected] requesting the full deletion of your account and all associated social media data. We will process the request and confirm deletion within 72 hours.

Note: Deleting the integration will stop all scheduled posts and automated analytics for the disconnected accounts.
