1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online resellers Paddle.com or Lemonsqueezy.com. Paddle and Lemon squeezy are the Merchants of Record for all our orders. Paddle and Lemon Squeezy provide all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments are billed by PADDLE.NET or Lemonsqueezy.com on your credit card/PayPal statement, or by Bank wire.
2. Standard Refund Window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our subscription plans, provided that the service has not been substantially used. "Substantial use" is defined as the generation of more than 2 AI video credits or 100 autonomous outreach executions.
3. AI Consumption & Digital Goods
Due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation (Grounding, Rendering, and Digital Twin synthesis), once a significant amount of credits has been consumed, we cannot offer a full refund. In these cases, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Sassi Tech, deducting the processing and compute costs.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your User Dashboard or through Paddle's customer service. Cancellation stops future billing, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations are not retroactive and do not automatically trigger a refund for time already elapsed.

Please include your order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
6. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes regarding the execution of this protocol shall be settled in the courts of Forlì-Cesena.
